Set in Salisbury, North Carolina a town rich with memory and meaning, Dale Robbins' novel weaves together mystery, faith, and family in a heart-stirring tale of rediscovery and redemption.

A Story That Spans Generations

After 12 years on the run, a couple in witness protection settles in a quiet town, hoping to build a normal life.
But when their teenage son uncovers pieces of a forgotten past, including a mysterious document
known as The Castro Diaries, he sets off on a journey. That will unravel everything he thought he knew about his

This Day in History...: January 1st - June 30th (Part I)

HISTORY – Learn from it or repeat its mistakes! This Day in History was born from my days as a classroom educator when I strived to help my students link the “past,” to the “present.” In this book a different historical event, some ancient, some very recent are profiled in a 500 word (or less) snapshot. It is not designed to be a comprehensive examination of the event, but instead to make the reader at least AWARE of how an event which occurred decades (or even centuries) before their birth still has a lasting impact in our daily lives.

The Daughters of Bilitis : Putting the "L" in the LGBTQ Movement

For most of recorded history, the primary identified form of homosexuality has been male>male. Lesbian relationships have also been acknowledged during this time but have usually not drawn the same level of criticism. By and large, the open display of physical affection between women has always been more socially acceptable than the same form of public display between men.
